One for your morning. One for your night.
One for your morning. One for your night.
One for your morning. One for your night.
Mornings: alertness comes in the first week. Nights: sleep changes start in the first week. Gut and stress changes build over four to twelve weeks, which is how long the trials ran. It's made to take every day, and you can stop whenever you like.
No. Each works on its own. Pick Mornings if your days feel flat, Nights if your evenings don't switch off, or the Combo for both. The Combo also costs less than the two packs bought separately.
It's 250 mg of magnesium itself, from 1.8 g of magnesium bisglycinate. Many labels print the weight of the whole compound, so a big number there can mean less magnesium than it looks. 250 mg is the dose used in a 2025 placebo-controlled sleep trial of 155 adults, one of the largest so far. You get more from food too.
It's 300 mg of KSM-66, a standardised root extract, which is how the studies measure it. A 2019 trial found lower cortisol and better sleep ratings at 250 mg a day over 8 weeks. Some studies use 600 mg. Many products print the weight of raw root powder, so their milligrams aren't comparable.
Rare cases of liver injury have been reported with ashwagandha supplements, and we'd rather you knew. If you have a liver or thyroid condition, are pregnant, or take regular medicines, check with your doctor first. Stop and see a doctor if you notice yellowing skin or dark urine.
There's no melatonin, no sedative and nothing hormonal in it. You can stop any night without tapering off.
Not yet. Every active is at a dose used in human studies, and every ingredient has a lab certificate on the Science page. We'll publish our own results when we have them.
If you take regular medicines, especially for thyroid, blood pressure, blood sugar or sleep, ask your doctor first. If you already take magnesium, ashwagandha or a multivitamin, SILT can replace them, so don't double up.
Any time in the morning is fine, with breakfast or mid-morning. It has 80 mg of caffeine, so if caffeine on an empty stomach bothers you, have it with food.
There's no added sugar in either drink mix. If you manage diabetes with medicine, check with your doctor before you start.
You take one stick a day, so a box of 15 lasts 15 days and a box of 30 lasts a month. The Combo has a Mornings and a Nights stick for each day.
No. You buy a pack and reorder when you want to. Nothing renews or gets charged on its own.
Yes, that's the Combo. Mornings goes any time in the morning and has 80 mg of caffeine, so keep it to the first half of the day. Nights has no caffeine and goes 30 to 60 minutes before bed.
Any time in the morning, at breakfast or mid-morning at your desk. One drink mix stick pack a day, mixed into 200-250 ml of room-temperature or cold water.
No. Use room-temperature or cold water. Boiling water breaks down some of the ingredients.
Yes. Each serving contains 80 mg caffeine paired with L-theanine for a more steady, focused energy experience. If you also drink coffee, keep your total daily caffeine intake in mind.
SILT pairs caffeine with L-theanine to support calm, sustained focus rather than the sharper feeling some people get from caffeine alone. Individual responses to caffeine can still vary.
It's formulated to support gut comfort with 5 g of PHGG prebiotic fibre plus probiotics. Consistent daily use is the goal rather than expecting an overnight change.
Yes, but remember that SILT Mornings already contains 80 mg of caffeine. If you add coffee, account for the additional caffeine in your total daily intake.
No. It is sweetened with stevia, a natural sweetener.
Yes. SILT Mornings is vegetarian and made in an FSSAI-compliant manufacturing facility, with batch testing through NABL-accredited third-party testing.
Check with your doctor first. Mornings has 80 mg caffeine, and every ingredient and dose is on the pack, so take it along.
Take one drink mix stick pack approximately 30-60 minutes before bed as part of your wind-down routine. Mix it with lukewarm or cold water.
Use lukewarm or cold water, not boiling. Boiling water breaks down some of the ingredients.
Because SILT is designed as a daily long-term ritual, not a hormone-based sleep aid. Nights uses magnesium, glycine and Ashwagandha to support the body's natural sleep processes instead.
SILT Nights contains no melatonin and is designed to support natural sleep rather than sedate you. Individual responses can vary, especially when first introducing a new supplement.
It's designed for daily use in healthy adults. However, if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition or take medication, speak with your doctor before using it.
No. SILT Nights has no caffeine and no added sugar.
Each serving provides 250 mg elemental magnesium from magnesium bisglycinate, supporting muscle relaxation and the body's normal processes involved in sleep.
